Winter News January 2007

All!!
We
find ourselves now in 2007!! Another
year given to us for much shooting and good times!! I wonder how many of you out there wonder the same thing I do? “I
never thought I would make it this far!” Of course many of you are my
senior…but not by much LOL!!! I find
myself here being thankful for the good times and the bad as well, for good
friends who have hung in there with me even while I was silent and somewhat
distant. 2006 was not the greatest year
for many of us. But here we are alive
and able to greet a new day once more.
The
shooting and rendezvous season is fast approaching us, and I ask that we all
make the very best of it. The good shots and the bad as well…just because we
have the opportunity to do so. There are many that have gone on before us, let
us remember them as well in all we do!
I
want to extend a thank you to everyone in the club for your participation in
the past and I look forward to seeing each and everyone of you this year at the
shoots! Also thank you for allowing me to be President another year. I feel as
though I really have not done allot and I owe much to the officers in the club
for all that they do to keep things running as excellent as they do!! If you
see them offer your thanks as well.

Rifle: September 28-30, 2007

MCGC
Matches: April 1, May 6, June 3, July
1, September 2, and October 7. These
are thirty shot matches beginning at 1:00 PM each shoot date (B’ham).
The
Mooneyham match will be August 3, 4 and 5 (starts around Noon on Friday until
1:00 PM on the Sunday), at MCGC (B’ham).
